|:| VISION |:|

High up in the heart of the Rocky Mountains known to many nations as the “Grandfathers”, lives the almighty Thunderbird, who soars with wings as vast as the mountain ranges. This mythical creature, known for its immense size and fierce power, shoots lightning from its eyes and talons, commands the storms and holds sway over the forces of nature. Its graceful journeys go from the Rocky Mountains to the distant shores of the Pacific Ocean and the Salish Sea.

The Thunderbird's significance extends well beyond the Nehiyewin (Cree) culture, resonating in the mythology and folklore of various Indigenous peoples. Across Turtle Island, many Native American tribes uphold this majestic creature as a symbol of power, strength, and protection, embodying the profound interconnectedness between spirituality and the natural world. Its timeless allure has inspired contemporary art, literature, and cultural expression, weaving a narrative that bridges ancestral wisdom with modern creativity.

Within TBC, we celebrate the everlasting legacy of the Thunderbird and the mystique of the Rocky Mountain Grandfathers, inviting everyone to embrace the cultural wealth and resilient heritage of Indigenous people. We the Cree ( Nehiyewak), honor the Thunderbird's awe-inspiring presence and the profound symbolism it holds within our knowledge keepers, offering a unique opportunity to engage with a legend that intertwines ancient wisdom and contemporary elegance. Each garment embodies the spirit of the Thunderbird, evoking its immortal power and grace, while paying respect to the cultural tapestry of our Indigenous communities.
